ALISON McMURTREY
Whether it was studying at the LSU Design School or attaining her English Literature degree from Baylor University, Alison has always thrived in the creative process.
Experience working with urban planners and architects on large-scale commercial projects and church spaces as well as residential projects in the traditional and modern genres has provided Alison with a breadth and depth of industry knowledge. She also learned cabinetry design with one of the top custom cabinet manufacturers in the country. In addition, her work in marketing, public relations and project management has helped her develop strong processes to work with clients, helping them understand how to approach
the renovation journey.
As a Louisiana native and lover of the creole architectural tradition, Alison’s southern roots are her inspiration for a balanced design of service, elegance and proportion.
Tapping into her aesthetic sensibilities and her appreciation of scale, color, texture and balance, Alison methodically walks through the design and remodeling process with each client ensuring that each client’s goals and desires are fully heard, incorporated into the project plans and implemented.
DEB TURNER
The creative arts have always been of interest to Deb so
while a student at Texas A&M she took every photography class available through the School of Architecture. After graduation
in 2003, she moved to Nashville where she started her own professional photography firm.
Shortly after marrying her husband, Mike, they decided to
move back to Houston before starting a family. Deb
spent a decade photographing exclusive weddings in
the Houston market as well photographing the portfolio of architects, designers, realtors and antique dealers.
Together with this experience and her design instinct and attention to detail, Deb transitioned well into her role as
Project Manager at Adelle Design + Build in 2017. Deb’s eye
for color, light, and design composition along with a
wealth of experience providing excellent customer care
have been effective assets as she manages the firm’s
residential remodeling projects.
ALEX McMURTREY
As a recent graduate of University of Arkansas,
Alex returns to Texas bringing her fresh, energetic spirit to Adelle Design + Build. As the Communications Manager,
Alex carefully documents the myriad of details of
the design and build process.
Through her own study of photography, Alex has developed
an eye for finding the interest and beauty in interior and
exterior spaces which she uses effectively in our media.
She continues to establish effective and informative
media communications presenting the creative eye that
Adelle Design + Build offers each client. In addition,
Alex assists in selections management and
procurement as well as client communication
and office management.
