NEW CONSTRUCTION INTERIOR DESIGN SERIVCES
Working with your own designer on your new house project proves valuable in the midst of the many meetings,
questions, decisions and deadlines required by
the architect and the builder.
As your designer we offer a liaison-type service to help bridge the information gap between the architect, builder and you. In addition to helping with floor plans, space planning and selections, we serve as your advocate through the process. Using our knowledge of both design and construction, we are able to provide another set of eyes and ears to help both you, the owner, as well as the builder. Please let us know how we may help with your new home project.
We are happy to work with you at any point in your new home project but have found the most effective time is spent when the designer and client work together beginning with the architect. We enjoy walking through all the architectural phases to assist in ensuring your needs are met through space planning, kitchen and bathroom layout, cabinetry design, lighting and plumbing fixture selections and placement, and the selection of paint colors and other finishes
that help create your custom home.

is right with the home while enhancing and improving the
design and layout details as needed to allow
maximum beauty and function.
At Adelle Design + Build, we learn what makes our clients “tick” by spending time investing in them and their families, learning their priorities, daily routines, storage needs and future plans. We want to share your goals and objectives for your remodeling project. As design and project mangers, we provide critical guidance on how not to over-build during a remodel while being sensitive to the daily requirements of the spaces.
We provide a master plan guiding the project with direction
for a client as we see the big picture and help determine selections, design decisions, and processes in proper order. This ensures the project’s efficiency and budget management.
